Looking at the current mix of actions in the shortcuts KCM, it would be helpful
to present faster actionable controls to the user that they can quickly scan
and take action on.
I think that turning shortcuts into cards might help the user divide the
content and consume it faster. Adding a remove button per card can also signal
to the user the ability to remove custom shortcuts quickly, enable or disable
defaults.
