STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove a bundle from Krita by deleting the source files in the bundle folder
2. Check in Krita if the bundle is gone from the list
OBSERVED RESULT
It's still there.
EXPECTED RESULT
IT should be gone.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additionally, in Manage Resource Libraries, if you hover ther cursor over
Activate/Deactivate button, it says 'Delete a resource library'. I guess it's
not intended.
