SUMMARY
There's no delete or uninstall button for splash screens, and the "installed
themes" section only shows the newly installed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click on Appearance => Splash screen
3. Try to uninstall undesired or outdated splash screens

No button or option to delete/uninstall
