SUMMARY
baloo reindexes files on every start, causing high disk usage and slow down of
system
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kde
2. open konsole and type "balooctl monitor"
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
baloo reindexes files that have been indexed about a hundred times already,
causing high disk load, slowing down the system for a few minutes at the
beginning.
EXPECTED RESULT
the system should be highly responsive from the beginning
