SUMMARY
After enabling a secondary monitor, the refresh rate of that monitor changes
from 60 Hz to 50 Hz.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 monitors connected, one disabled.
2. Click "enable" on the disabled monitor.
OBSERVED RESULT
The refresh rate changes from 60 Hz to 50 Hz.
EXPECTED RESULT
The refresh rate shouldn't change.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro
