SUMMARY
After a fresh install of latte dock my notifications pop-ups are now centered
and changing the position in the notification settings doesn't fix it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for a notification to pop-up.
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification popups are centered.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification popups show at the top right of the screen by default and can be
changed in settings.
