SUMMARY
After disabling Discover notifications on System Settings, the Updates
Available notification still shows up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable all Discover notifications on System Settings -> Notifications ->
Application Settings
2. Wait a few days
OBSERVED RESULT
Updates Available notification shows up on the system tray.
EXPECTED RESULT
No Discover notification should show.
