After updating to Plasma 5.22, the plasma-nm widget fails to load with the
following error message:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Plasma 5.22
2. Start Plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
The network widget isn't loaded.
EXPECTED RESULT
The network widget is loaded.
