Custom Document settings does't affect Create from Clipboard's, But anything changed in Create from Clipboard will affect Custom Document's. This a huge usability issue for me. It happens too often that: 1) I need to prepare screenshots all the time 2) I copy a screenshot from the clipboard and paste it into Krita to crop and annotation 3) Now the Custom Document tab where I create normal documents has only 1 layer for its "Content" tab 4) I unknowingly draw on the background layer for a long time, and the effort is wasted.
