Adaptive transparency for taskbar doesn't work when the compositor backend is
OpenGL 2.0 or OpenGL 3.1. It works when the compositor backend is XRender.
Application dashboard shows blur effect when using OpenGL backend but that
doesn't work when using XRender backend.
libopengl version is 1.3.2
