I thought you were talking about the tooltip. :) So yeah there's no way to do this right now. I'm also not sure it would make sense. The Icons-Only Task Manager combines multiple windows into one; if you minimized one window from an app with multiple windows open, that app's icon would be replaced with the thumbnail of the last-minimized window. That would not both confusing and misleading. It could make sense for the non-icons-only task manager for non-combined tasks, but in that case, the thumbnail would be too small to make out.
