SUMMARY
When attempting to run an app using the launcher, the first click does nothing.
Clicking on anoher app icon results in the first app being run
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on the latest Neon and run a Wayland session
2. Open Kickoff and click on any app (eg. Dolphin)
3. Click on any other app (eg. Discover)
OBSERVED RESULT
First click does nothing, second click opens the app that recieved the first
click
EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking on an app results in the app being run immediately
