Discover update promtp but no new updates available.
SUMMARY
After updating KDE neon to 5.22.1, discover is notifying me about updates but
there is none when I check for new updates. I also tried through pkcon command
but there is no update available at the moment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update through Discover
2. Restart
3. Log on
OBSERVED RESULT
displays a notification with "Updates available"
EXPECTED RESULT
No notification prompt
