SUMMARY
The Super + <number> shortcut used to open/close apps in KDE's taskbar stops
working after opening KDE system settings. This started happening after
updating plasma from 5.21.5 to 5.22.1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Verify Super + <number> shortcut works
2. Open KDE system settings
3. Super + <number> shortcut no longer works
OBSERVED RESULT
Super + <number> stops working after opening KDE system settings
EXPECTED RESULT
Super + <number> should work always
