Okular does not show Turkish characters correctly in some scenarios
SUMMARY
Okular does not show Turkish characters correctly in some scenarios.
For example, when using "Inline Note", while you can write correctly, but on
the pdf file, the characters do not appear as shown in the image. When the
program language is converted to Turkish, the Turkish character is converted to
English character.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the PDF file.
2. Get a tool Inline Note.
3. Write a text in Turkish.
4. Close tool Inline Note.
5. Note that the letter does not appear or does not appear correctly.
