STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open kickoff
3. click on the button in the upper right corner
4. reopen kickoff
OBSERVED RESULT
button clicked in the step 3 is highlighted and sometimes
its tooltip appears. Please see the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
observed result should not occur
