STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to the thunderbolt page
3. Click on any other page
OBSERVED RESULT
The settings window closes/crashes
EXPECTED RESULT
It navigates to the page and doesn't close

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tried immediately after a restart, still happened.
Also happens even when disconnected from thunderbolt device.
