SUMMARY
A "restart required" appears at every login, despite me restarting. Also the
"click here to restart" button stays open on the notifications tray.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart
2. Login to KDE

OBSERVED RESULT
The restart required notification pops up again

It doesn't

I'm not sure whether to comment on it or post a new bug.
Also cat /var/lib/PackageKit/offline-update-action gives "reboot%"
And I don't have the /var/lib/PackageKit/offline-update-competed file.
