Bug ID: 439351 Summary: Yakuake exhibits strange behavior when configuring the system in Fedora 34 KDE Spin system settings Product: yakuake Version: unspecified Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: grave Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: h...@kde.org Reporter: germanoal...@protonmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I've been trying to use Yakuake on Fedora for two days now. I moved from Arch to Fedora to help the KDE community report bugs in this distro, and it's the first time I've had problems with Yakuake, which I've always used on Plasma. Once installed, it works normally, however, after the next use, it appears completely out of place on the screen, leaving a gap between the panel -- which I use at the top of the screen -- and the desktop , something I've never seen before in any other distro I've used with Plasma (Arch, Neon, openSUSE Tumbleweed, Kubuntu, etc). The application itself works normally. The problem is just the way Yakuake presents itself on the screen after a few uses. I apologize for any grammatical errors. I'm Brazilian and my English is not so good. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Sistema operacional: Fedora 34 Versão do KDE Plasma: 5.22.2 Versão do KDE Frameworks: 5.83.0 Versão da Qt: 5.15.2 Versão do kernel: 5.12.13-300.fc34.x86_64 (64-bit) Plataforma de gráficos: Wayland Processadores: 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-6006U CPU @ 2.00GHz Processador gráfico: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 520 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I don't use any kind of external themes or external scripts. I use totally pure Plasma, the way the developers make it available to us end users. I just change the overall theme to Breeze Dark. At the time of the Yakuake problem, I hadn't installed any plasmoids yet. But I usually use some. Thank you in advance for your attention and I hope my information is relevant, since I didn't get any backtrace. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
