SUMMARY
This warning has recently started to appear when krusader is launched in "root
mode". I'm unsure if it occurred following an update to krusader or to plasma.
When krusader is launched in "user mode" the warning is not shown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch krusader in "root mode"

OBSERVED RESULT
Warning dialogue "Could not enter folder tags:/."
EXPECTED RESULT
No warning, or the ability to "Not show this warning again."

Krusader: Version 2.7.2 "Peace of Mind"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A quick "google" indicated this may be related to "baloo" and running "balooctl
purge" may "solve" the problem.
I don't use baloo, it is disabled for all users, including root.
