SUMMARY
When I want to change the theme to dark or light version, plasma freeze (I
can't do anything, nothing respond)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change the global from the quick settings or even with the global
theme section.

Plasma freeze
EXPECTED RESULT
Change the theme to dark or light without crashing
