SUMMARY
widget will not show the proper icons for folders. eg. if I change a folder
from default blue to orange it will not show on reboot or even refresh. going
into properties, clicking ok fixes it (although on the latest version this
doesn't always work, but it does show correct icon in the properties window).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a folder, choose properties
2. Click on folder icon, change it to a different folder icon
3. On reboot this will be drawn with the default folder icon
4. Recently it will not change even after choosing OK in the properties
OBSERVED RESULT
Icon not changing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon should change to chosen one.
