Go to Settings > Window Management > Window Behaviour > Advanced Uncheck Allow apps to remember the positions of their own windows, if they support it Go to Settings > Window Management > Window Rules > Add New... Set the Window Class to Unimportant Under Window types uncheck everything except for Normal Window Click on Add Property... search for Position and change Apply Initially to Remember. Click on Add Property... search for Screen and change Apply Initially to Remember. Set the value to 0.
