Cut settings
SUMMARY
I have set custom empty panel on right edge of screen. If I try to edit panel
the last button is hidden under bottom panel
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add adinational panel
2. Move it to left side of screen
3. try to edit its settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Last part of panel settings goes under bottom panel- see attachment
EXPECTED RESULT
It does stop at edge of panel, not the edge of screen

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It can be mitigated by moving panel to top and changing setting there before
moving it back.
