STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings
2. Click appearance
3. Try downloading a new theme
OBSERVED RESULT
Trying to download a theme very often results in a network error 2: Connection
closed. Maybe a problem with my location as I am located in Europe not in the
US.

Being able to download a theme
