I was able to work around it with the below patch, really hack because I am not
sure the correct way, but this gets kioclient5 appmenu to not crash under
Weston trying to start a program, 
And this also gets kded5 to not crash under Weston when it prompts for a
password (eg, Casper disabling kwallet on a live CD)
