SUMMARY
When entering a filename in KDialog, if the string contains a "#", KDialog
deletes the "#" and everything following it up through the extension.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Google Chrome (for example)
2. Select a file to download
3. Select directory and enter a filename such as "Bug #1.mp4"
4. Press save
OBSERVED RESULT
Unwanted filename "Bug .mp4"
EXPECTED RESULT
"Bug #1.mp4"
