SUMMARY
It's annoying to think actions are available because the "Invoke action" button
is shown, to click on it and that nothing happens.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Invoke action" button is always present.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Invoke action" button should show only when actions are available.
