SUMMARY
There's a typo in panels: recent files/locations that can be observed when the
history is empty/deleted. Locale: cs_CZ.UTF-8, Dolphin: dolphin 21.04.2, OS:
Fedora 34 (also observed in the latest openSUSE Tumbleweed and KDE Neon)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. clean recent file/location history
2. open dolphin and click on recent files/locations
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a message for no recent files/locations: "Žádné medávno použité
soubory".
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be "Žádné nedávno použité soubory".
