Panel layout where the problem occurs
SUMMARY
When opening pinned windows in Icons-only Task Manager, the icon sizes change.
This happens only with certain panel layouts, e.g.:
* Panel has a System Tray widget with lots of elements
* Task Manager and System Tray widgets are separated by panel spacers
(see attachment 1)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a panel as on the screenshot in the attachment 1
3. Open and close pinned windows
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons sizes change size depending on how many windows are opened
(see attachment 2)
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons sizes are fixed
(see attachment 3)
