SUMMARY
The keyboard shortcut for toggling video playback (P) wasn’t intuitive for me
and isn’t configurable as other keyboard shortcuts are.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Menu Settings/Configure Keyboard Shortcuts…
2. Search ‘play’
OBSERVED RESULT
The keyboard shortcut isn’t listed and can’t be modified.

I found out about the keyboard shortcut via

that’s for a more recent version than is packaged with Ubuntu 20.04?
