            Bug ID: 440966
Summary: Screen locker does not activate when either "Present
Windows" or "Desktop Grid" effect is on
           Product: kscreenlocker
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
For some reason, the screen locker does not activate when the "Present Windows"
effect is currently on screen. This is a security risk since malicious
individuals can get right to the desktop without ever encountering a lock
screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Note: can only be done on laptops, unless your desktop PC has a dedicated sleep
button

1. Modify settings so that closing the laptop lid sleeps the computer
2. Make sure to have at least 2 programs open, then trigger the "Present
Windows" effect (hover mouse on upper-left corner of screen)
3. Sleep the computer by closing the laptop lid
4. Open the lid

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen locker is never triggered, therefore sending the user back to the
desktop without a password prompt

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen locker should activate regardless of whether or not Present Windows
effect was on screen
