CPU Monitor Erratic Behaviour
SUMMARY
If you go to the "Applications" page, select a running application and show the
"Details" sidebar, the CPU graph seems to show 100% CPU that's dancing forwards
and backwards in time but on average getting longer. (see attached screen
recording)
I would expect this graph to vary in height with CPU usage while smoothly
progressing along the time axis (as the other monitors do)
