SUMMARY
Icons in the icon only task manager before 5.85.0 resized with the widget
(vertical) size. Now they don't resize as "perfectly", they go from small to
medium/ medium to big whereas before they could have intermediate sizes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use KDE Frameworks 5.85.0
2. Create a panel with an icons-only task manager
3. Set the panels size to 100
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons are too small for the panel/widget size
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons are resized to fit the widget much finely
