As you can see the little menu is expanding beyond screen when
windows-app-scaling is more than 100%
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On windows settings go to "Display"
2. Scroll down to "Scale and Layout"
3. Select a scaling of 125%
4. Open Krita and try to press the small downwards arrow on the bottom left of
the "Layers" Docker
5. You cannot see all of the existing layer options because the pop-up tries to
render below the screen
