SUMMARY
Proxy settings dont save at all even after save button and popup saying they
have been saved shows. Sometimes after a reboot the proxy settings will show
but that behaviour is inconsistent.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open proxy settings
2. Select manual configuration
3. Fill in proxy config press save
4. Go into any other settings menu
5. Go back to proxy settings
OBSERVED RESULT
The proxy wont be saved.
EXPECTED RESULT
Proxy to be saved.
