With the latest releases of Framework (5.85) and Applications (21.08) there
were huge changes in plugin handling (it's in the roadmap towards KF6).
The way parts (external libraries that do the dirty work underneath) are load
is changed. Atm there is no solution other than downgrading or using workaround
(other software); patches for Krusader should be released asap (I see your
package is based on the latest master commit).
