I only want icons. And my request is justifiable as seen on screenshot. There are only two desktops there. Everyone can imagine or check that nothing would be recognizable on four desktops. My request has nothing to do with how users use present windows and desktop grid because their functionality is different. Present windows cannot be used to drag windows from one screen to another. !!! Why in Present windows icons are justified and in Desktop grid are not justified? When clearly icons have nothing to do with effects but are only about easier way to recognize which window represent which application. My idea has nothing against your idea abut merging effects but your idea from what I understand is not against my idea (especially when you cannot implement your idea). I think you wrongly assume that I use Desktop grid for switching windows. No I don't. I use Desktop grid to drag windows from one screen to another.
