SUMMARY
In Kdenlive appImages there's no hardware acceleration support
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run the configuration wizard
OBSERVED RESULT
"No hardware acceleration found".
All VAAPI and NVENC profiles disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
Like in my system Kdenlive installed from PPA, the exspected result is "VAAPI"
selected in configuration wizard, and vaapi render (and proxy) prifiles
enabled.

Kdenlive 21.08.0a appImage on Ubuntu 20.04
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know it's still because of the ffmpeg appimage version, that's not compiled
with hardware acceleration. But I can't choose /usr/bin/ffmpeg in Kdenlive's
environment settings, because every time I try to change the path the appimage
ignores any changes. I don't know if it's a bug I should report or it's a
natural behaviour of appimages.
