Such “standards” are needed for Linux. I don’t know all Linux apps, but popular and good are Blender, Krita, Krusader, Okular, Gwenview, qbittorrent, Gimp etc… Good application is usable non-crashy software with cosy UI and well-though functionality. At least native KDE apps should be top-notch. Other good apps can be included in featured list. And the rest in development list. Let people try. Repositories should not contain glitchy software.
