SUMMARY
The new application launcher does not accept mouse scrolling in the list of
favorite applications. Scrolling in other categories works correctly though.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch the new application launcher menu.
2. Configure it to show favorites in a list (default is grid).
3. Add entries to favorites until it becomes scrollable.
4. Click the application launcher, hover the mouse over the favorites column,
and move the scroll wheel downwards.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should scroll.
