With those strings in place I couldn't launch Konsole using a respective Dolphin's toolbar button. It simply had no effect at all. After removing those lines, it all went back to normal. I also have a bunch of other strange issues related to Plasma start-up that are not observed if wiping ~/.config files (without folders) only.
