SUMMARY
I have noticed this problem in debian testing/sid, but I can reproduce it in
latest kde neon with plasma 5.22.80.
Once color of text and icons was the same, now icons color is always dark.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a new note widget
2. choose black note or transparent one with dark background
OBSERVED RESULT
icons in the toolbar are almost invisible
EXPECTED RESULT
text and icons color should be the same
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
