SUMMARY
Opening an app on a different desktop than #1 causes the tray icon to
disappear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to any desktop besides #1.
2. Open an app with a tray icon (Discord, NeoChat, anything)
3. Notice how the tray icon isn't there.
4. Open another app with a tray icon.
5. Notice how the tray icon IS there.
OBSERVED RESULT
The first app you open on a different desktop doesn't have a tray icon, but the
ones opened after that do.
EXPECTED RESULT
All apps with a tray icon opened on a different desktop, regardless of the
order opened, should have a tray icon.
