SUMMARY
Actions triggered by shortcuts such as the default Meta+Shift+Print (Capture
Rectangular Region) do not respect in-app setting whether to "Include mouse
pointer".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle.
2. Disable "Include mouse pointer" option. It's in the main window, not on a
settings page.
3. Close Spectacle (Maybe re-open, just to ensure options were persisted).
4. Take a screenshot using one of your shortcuts.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor (mouse pointer) is included in a screenshot picture.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should not.
