SUMMARY
Bug applies to Keyboard Layout of System tray. It's impossible to choose
different layouts from Keyboard Layout menu which is activated after right
clicking on Keyboard Layout icon
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure to have 2 or more layouts
2. Right click on Keyboard Layout icon
3. Choose from list desirable layout with left clicking

Layout doesn't change
