SUMMARY
The keyboard layout "widget" (I guess, it's the icon on the "taskbar" at the
bottom right that shows the current keyboard layout) will cease to work, or
completely disappear directly after plugging in my USB webcam. (ONN webcam with
ring light, from Walmart, very common).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set two keyboard layouts that can be swapped back and forth, for me it's US
English and US Workman
2. Plug in USB Webcam
3. Keyboard Layout change widget no longer works or disappears
OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard Layout change widget no longer works or disappears
EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard Layout change widget should continue to function as normal.
