SUMMARY
If I set okular to use tabs, there is no visible mechanism to detach a tab so
as to move it to a new window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure okular to use tabs.
2. Open two PDFs.
3. Try to right-click one of the tabs or explore the menus to find an option to
detach it.
OBSERVED RESULT
No way to detach tab (move to new window).
EXPECTED RESULT
Should offer to detach tab like other software.
