SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add attached clip to timeline
2. Add another clip below the first clip
3. Add chroma key effect to first clip
4. Set chroma key's color key to the background, using the color select tool
OBSERVED RESULT
Background is not deleted from the first clip, it covers up the second clip
entirely.
EXPECTED RESULT
Background colors should be removed from the first clip and the remaining parts
should be overlaid on the second clip.
