SUMMARY
The "Applications" tab appears to be stuck loading forever and never actually
shows a list of applications.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor
2. Select the "Applications" tab
OBSERVED RESULT
The loading symbol appears and never goes away to show the applications list.
EXPECTED RESULT
The application list is shown correctly.
